Hermit Crab Facts! By, The Lambville

Madeleine-  " Hermit crabs move shells as they grow."
Dox-"If a hermit crab can't find a shell, it may find a jar to move into.  It may even steal another crab's shell!"
Alex- "They need their shell to protect themselves from bigger fish!"
Daniel- "Hermit crabs eat coconuts."
Sarah- "Did you know that...hermit crabs have soft and hard sides to their bodies.
Aidan - Hermit crabs clean out their shells before they move into them.
Sebi - "Hermit crabs tails are soft which is why they move into shells."
Niko - "Some hermit crabs can get stuck in shells, even though they just got it."
Emma-"They get out of their old shell and find a new shell."
Ryan-"They can live up to 20 years!"
